Areola asymmetry after Breast Reduction - is it possible to bleach and tattoo areolas so they can appear the same size?

You’re right, areolar reduction surgery would be a bad idea for you. Not because you allegedly scar badly, but because that surgery on someone with your breasts would turn out poorly. That does not mean that you can’t get effective and aesthetic areolar reduction though. If you want to pursue this, your are a great candidate for a breast lift surgery (lollipop or inverted T scar). Regardless of scarring on other parts of the body, the breasts are a very forgiving place for incisions, and a formal mastopexy would lead to predictable areolar reduction AND breast shape improvement with fine scars.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
