Answer: Indentation/scar I would first start with needle subcision to release the underlying scar tissue that is tethering that skin or tissue down. Needle subcision is using a needle under the skin to cut the scar tissue. That area would be treated with lidocaine first to numb it. After that, Sculptra could be used to help smooth out the skin.
