I suppose I'm not sure what I expected, but maybe I'm just looking for some reassurance. Based on my pre-op pictures, does it look like my implants are positioned properly or are they too far apart? I guess I'm a little surprised at how much they extend past my chest. My arms actually rub up against something now. Any honest answers are appreciated.
