Are my implants positioned properly or are they too far apart? (Photos)

I suppose I'm not sure what I expected, but maybe I'm just looking for some reassurance. Based on my pre-op pictures, does it look like my implants are positioned properly or are they too far apart? I guess I'm a little surprised at how much they extend past my chest. My arms actually rub up against something now. Any honest answers are appreciated.

From looking at your photos, the majority of the volume of the implants is placed laterally to the nipples, in which case either the implant needed to be more centred towards the middle, or a different implant with a bigger diameter needed to be used.
