Is it possible to get veneers to correct posterior open bite?

I would not get veneers to correct a crossbite.   I would see a board certified orthodontist and consider braces to correct.  This is the best long term solution for sure.

Thank you for your question. Veneers cannot correct posterior open bite, but could be used to correct an anterior open bite. It sounds like the fillings were made too short and the teeth lost contact. But also, have you been wearing your orthodontic retainers? If not, your teeth may have shifted. It sounds like you need an in-person exam.  Please return to your dentist and orthodontist to identify the specific problems.

The 1st thing that should be evaluated is why your bite is off. There are various factors that come into play in terms of your bite that need to be looked at. To get your teeth fitting back together may be a relatively simple process, but until you're looked at, it's hard to say. Veneers, per se, is not typically indicated to correct a bite that way you describe.
