31 days post breast lift and submusclar 405cc implants, felt a popping sensation under breast. Should I be worried?

Today I felt a pop under my right breast while I had my arm up and pulled down on the hatchback of my jeep. It was quick and not super painful. Just an uncomfortable feeling. I'm having some come and go pain in my right nipple now. But I tend to have some random pain in my nipples here and there anyways. I'm 31 days post breast lift and submusclar 405cc implants. I examined my scars and dont see or feel anything abnormal. I see my surgeon on Wednesday morning.
