DDD breast reduction needing 527g of breast tissue removed for insurance coverage. Will there be anything left?

honeybee1027
Insurance coverage requires above 22 percentile on the Scnur Sliding Scale(I am 5'8", 170 pounds)BSA is about 1.9, meaning minimum of 527ish grams removed. I am 33" around the waist and about 40/41" around the fullest part of my bust (36DDD). I "weighed" one breast with water displacement at 2 pounds (907g) leaving about 380g left post-op. What should I expect here? I have back/neck problems so I am totally fine with a C/B size but will I have enough or will they be really tiny?
