There are many changes which occur following abdominoplasty, even two months later. The final result may even take six months to show itself. So you are still healing. I don't know exactly how your plastic surgeon performed your operation so any definitive statements would be speculation. My advice is to ask your plastic surgeon what they think about how you are doing two months after surgery. Express your concerns and see what they say.
Without knowing how you looked before and without knowing exactly what was done at the surgery (eg- muscle plication?) there is no way to say. At one month you do still have swelling. Reevaluate it in another 3-4 months.
Generally patients are able to return to non physically demanding jobs after two or three weeks from surgery. You will still have lifting restrictions in place for up to six weeks. I encourage you to speak with your surgeon as opinions may vary.

In my own practice you'd be permitted to return to a sauna as soon as the sutures will remove. However the only opinion that matters is that of your surgeon.
