Have had Cosemetic Botox before, hadd forhead injection 3 wks ago. This time I experienced some headaches abd shortness of breath. Had blood test and found abnormal platelet and wbc. Is this a side effect, how long after injection would you expect this to last?

Most likely a small blood vessel was nicked with the botox injection in the crows feet. Blood and fluid migrates very easily in the eye area. It probably collected in the "tear trough" area while sleeping. Try ice packs, arnica, and see if your injector offers a pulsed dye...
Lumps after Botox typically happen immediately after and do away fairly quickly. However, if you have these lumps the next day it could possibly signal an allergy. I would return to your treating physician for examination. Best, Dr. Green
