I naturally had a very bulbous tip that looked droopy and witch-like when I smile. I had gotten fillers before to thin out my tip. However, I wanted a more permanent solution, so I had my nose refined surgically. But now I think my nostrils show too much. I’m 21 days post op and my surgeon he said my nose is still swollen so the tip looks elevated. But how likely at this point will the tip drop to cover more of my nostrils? And what is the ideal amount of nostril show from the front?
