I’ve heard nose fillers carry a risk of occluding blood vessels and causing blindness. Is a surgical nose job lower risk?

I have an overrotated tip that makes my nose appear short. I’m considering whether ‘fillers to raise the bridge / change the shape of the tip’ or a surgical nose job would be lower risk.
