   A hot shower after Botox administration will likely have no effect on the Botox results or side effects.

A Botox injection is an excellent way to improve the the wrinkles of the forehead or crow's feet with little or no down time.  There are only a couple things that can not be done after having the procedure.  After the injection, it is important not to press on the areas for 24 hours, or lie down for about 3 hours.  Also, you should make the appropriate facial expressions to help the Botox into the muscle.  With that said, showering after getting a Botox treatment will not affect your results.  Usually, after a Botox treatment you start seeing results in a few days to a week.
