Do you think 5 liters of fat removal will give me a small stomach?

How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal.  Liposuction will not improve the skin, but it can create a dramatic improvement in the way a person looks. You have excess fat and skin in the abdomen as well as laxity of your abdominal wall.  These are best addressed through Tummy Tuck with liposuction to adjacent regions.Tummy tuck, also know as abdominoplasty, is a procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the lower abdomen and to restore the weakened abdominal wall, giving a firmer and smoother appearance. Liposuction suctions out fat but it doesn’t tighten muscle or skin. When evaluating your tummy one wants to assess the quality of the skin, tummy muscle and fat. Patients who have loose tummy skin may develop significant wrinkling if they undergo liposuction alone. If you have slightly loose skin you may be a a candidate for liposuction with j plasma. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. For safety and recovery reasons, it is not advisable to combine these procedures. You can divide these procedures in two sessions, six months apart (it is best if you have liposuction and the BBL first to take advantage of the extra fat, and then the tummy tuck, to get rid of the extra skin, if necessary). An in-person evaluation to determine how many cc's to transfer.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back, arms, thighs, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

 when 5 L of fat is removed properly from someone who is a great candidate for liposuction dramatic results are usually follow.  The best candidates for liposuction are people who have tight skin, excess pudgy fat in the wrong areas and no other issues keeping them from looking their best such as skin laxity from pregnancies aura large weight changes, muscle separation from previous pregnancies or excess intra-abdominal fat.  Your pictures are somewhat limited for us to make a proper assessment. I think you would have a nice improvement but you appear to have some of the other issues that keep you from being the perfect candidate.  Choose your provider wisely. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD 

It's hard to say what volume you need to completely flatten your abdomen. Obviously 5 Liters will go a long way in flattening your abdomen. But only at the time of surgery will one know that 5 Liters was enough. also, you have a lower belly fold which will persist even after liposuction. If you are not having a TT, then you may need a lower abdominal skin excision either at the time of liposuction or as a second stage. Good luck!
