Answer: Ptosis repair You could be a candidate for ptosis repair to help raise the eyelids. You also have a deep superior sulcus which could be improved with filler of fat injections. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.

From what i can gather from your image - you are worried about a potentially depressed look your eyes are giving in their current state. I would consider two things to be done - an upper eye lid blepharoplasty to make your eyes look more wide open there by increasing the aperture and giving you a more bright look, The lower portion could be address with some fat grafting / fillers to accentuate the depressed look present. Although an image is a great starting point , I would recommend a video consultation / in person consultation with a board certified Aesthetic Plastic surgeon to take this forward and thoroughly answer your query.
