Armpit fat under only one shoulder. Any suggestions?

I use liposuction to treat underarm fat, but you should get checked out by your primary care physician first to make sure nothing else is going on, like a lipoma.

I would seek a consultation and physical examination with a BS Plastic Surgeon in your area. Upon examination the surgeon can safely give you options on what can be done. Perhaps this may be surgical or perhaps an area you can cool sculpt. Personal exam would be necessary to give you an accurate opinion.
