How much does it hurt to have a BBL?

How much and How long does a BBL hurt? When Can I go back to my normal Life and activity? I know this is different form person to person, but how long does it usually take? I have found a great surgeon in Norway. The use Bodyjet (waterjet) to do the lipo. I have read alot about it, and it sounds great. Is it Good? Do you know about any good surgeons in Norway? Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions!

Thank you for your question.  Imagine that you’ve just returned from a hard work out at the gym for the first time in several months. The day after that workout, you would feel deep aching and throbbing sensations. This is what patients experience after undergoing a liposuction procedure — usually a throbbing or aching feeling that is easily tolerated with moderate oral pain medications. Your recovery starts day one after surgery. Pain medications are usually only necessary for the first few days. On days four through fourteen you will still feel sore, but significantly less than you experienced on days two and three.Patients can return to light activities almost immediately after surgery, normal activities 2 weeks after surgery, and vigorous exercise 4 weeks after surgery.  We usually experience a slow steady improvement for 3 months or so after surgery.

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on your question as any surgical procedure the first days is not comfortable, discomfort, but for that it is indicated analgesics and anti-inflammatory. My recommendation is that you are consulted in person by a certified plastic surgeon who sees you and can discuss everything concerning your doubts.

Each patient has a different pain tolerance, but most patients are able to resume light daily activities in a few days. Patients, in general, return to work in about 7-10 days (no heavy lifting).

Hello thank you for your questions. Most patients with office jobs can return to work after 7 -10 days using a BBL pillow. As the swelling caused by the procedure dissipates, the pain and discomfort decreases. Significant improvement is at the 30 day mark, and fully healed at the 90 day mark. Hope this helps!
