Im 46 Ive thin Irish skin.. had upper and lower bleph 6 years ago. Co2 laser 5 years ago on the whole face I still have crepey eye lids and fine lines under eyes.. Ive had two goes of genesis last 2 months , 3rd booked this month.. not really anything has changed and microneedling with PEF.. zero change. Given its been 5 years can i do the Co2 again? Doc said would thin skin and no.. no more alabative? I try to really take care of my skin no gluten sugar min alcohol dairy so on.. lots of water. Have i ran out of options?

It's possible the skin has become too thin to safely do a CO2 laser treatment. A fractional CO2 laser treatment may be safe as this does not ablate the entire surface but leaves some of it intact and undisturbed. Alternatively, powerful retinol products such as ZO SkinHealth Complex A+ can be very effective at smoothing those stubborn wrinkles without thinning the skin further.
