Low profile 300cc eurosilicone, shaped, anatomical implants, over muscles. Which is the best technique? (photos)

Asked By:Tarifasurf in Hungary

I was told that the amount of fat tissues I've would give enough coverage for the top part and the teardrop form will fill nicely the lower pole. How would my active lifestyle of surfing, planking...where I engage a lot my chest muscles influence rippling and rotating of the implants? Which is the best technique to place shaped implants over musc.? I do not want the under muscle placement as I am afraid of implant shifting...and just want to have the least invasive technique. Thanks a lot
