Not sure if you live in Syria,VA but a nice place to visit for the blue grass music festival and Graves mountain lodge. As the other email stated only 3 choices in USA. I prefer Mentor or Allergan. No other implant in the USA to use legally in my mind!!Good Luck.
That you for your response and congratulations on choosing a breast augmentation. The choice of implant manufacturer here in the US is between 3 various ones. All are very safe and many studies have proven this. The standards here for implants of May kind medically is the strongest in the world. I would go to their website and review the data at hand. I would be cautious however and possibly seek a second opinion in the US if you have any concerns. Remember that your safety is always first priority.
A number of months ago Eurosilicone was shut down for controversy surrounding the use of the nonmedical grade silicone in their silicone implants. Women in Europe have been advised to change out their implants for this reason. IInamed, Sientra and Mentor offered FDA approved silicone gel implants in the United States as well as saline. The FDA extensively monitors and regulates implants in the United States. These are the only brands I would recommend.
Thank you for your question. Eurosilicone implants are not FDA approved and unless something has recently changed, they are not even allowed in the US. If your surgeon wants to use them, I would be very hesitant if I were you. I, personally, would not recommend them. The only breast implants that are approved for sale in the US are ones made by Sientra, Mentor, or Allergan. These companies make excellent products so I see no reason for you to risk getting Eurosilicone implants (even if they are cheaper).
If a US surgeon is offering you non-FDA approved breast implants - and eurosilicone gummy bear implants are NOT FDA approved - s/he is breaking the law.Go to a different surgeon. You should only be offered Sientra, Mentor or Allergan implants. These are the 3 breast implant manufacturers approved...
The only manufacturer on your list who is FDA approved for USA implants is Silimed. They make excellent implants.
Hi xtinacris I see two basic issues with your surgical result. First you have incomplete release of the constricting bands around the areolas. Your preop pics don't really show a constricted breast, but as will happen, it is present and exaggerated by the implant which pushes the breast t...
Difficult to advice without pictures.I usually try to avoid breaking the boundaries of the breast in order to have better cover of the implant, less palpability of the implant and a more natural result. If you are not sure of what you heard y your PS it is appropriate to use a second opinion.With...
Anatomic versus round implants have long been debated and the recent American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery this was heavily debated at the scientific session. The jury is not out on this question and the most important thing is making an informed decision and understanding the risks and...
Great question! With your petite frame and desire for "full" looking breasts you want to strike the right balance between size and proportion. A high profile implant is probably a great choice since high profile implants are more narrow and will fit your narrow frame. High profile...
