Pointed ears - Stahl's ear - Corrective surgery question. (Photo)

The term Stahl's ears is usually used to indicate the presence of Stahl's bar which is an extra fold in the scapha portion of the ear. 
In your case there is an abnormality in a small segment of the helical rim. The cartilage in this segment of your ear has a concave shape instead of athe usual convexity. It is possible to correct this by resecting this portion of cartilage and re-attaching it after 180 degree turn to restore normal anatomy.
It is best to see a Plastic Surgeon with interest in ear surgery for this as it is not a common presentation. 

so for me this isn't quite a stahls ear. It is a failure of strength of development of the helical rim. If your ear is very floppy there then a rim graft might work. If not then this can be corrected by folding out the rim of your ear from behind. Its not as hard to fix as a stahl ear in my experience. Hopee that helps. Adam Goodwin
