I'm looking at corrective surgery of both my ears. After some reading I have what I assume is Stahl's ear. I'm looking for advice on avenues to improve this 'pointed effect', specifically a more round look. Advice appreciated.

I'm sorry but I can not see any external sutures. I do see hyperpigmented scarring. I wouldn't remove anything on your own. You might compromise your result. Your best bet would be to return to your surgeon and ask his/her advice.
