How soon after pregnancy can I begin treatment of Accutane for acne?

I know you can't get pregnant while on accutane and cannot take accutane while pregnant. My question is how long AFTER my pregnancy and a safe delivery of my baby can I begin treatment of accutane for acne?

You can do both at the same time there is no affect of accutane on facelifts in my opionion or any surgery for that matter. I would however avoid an ABLATIVE laser during the treatment unless you stop the accutane a week or two before and restart after peeling. pretreat with cosmelan/enlighten...
