The use of a Cohesive, low viscosity, malleable HA filler can be used to elevate these motion-related upper cheek dimples and create a much smoother transition between the upper cheeks and the under-eye regions. I would however suggest that a test treatment using either normal saline or dilute anesthetic be used to ensure that the desired result is achieved. There are already full cheeks when smiling, so extra caution must be exercised to avoid creating overly prominent "apple" cheeks. It's difficult to appreciate your concerns from the submitted photos. You can elect to have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase if desired. I encourage you to return to your injector to discuss your concerns. Filler can sometimes appear lumpy if it was placed too superficially.
