Wound repair surgery - expectations?

July - reast Reduction Sept - Panniculectomy with Extended Muscle Repair Oct - Wound Repair My 't' began to close as expected, then opened and after 4 weeks of Wet/Dry packing, I opted for my PS to go back in and clean and close the wound, rather than a wound vac as a wound specialist suggested. Pictures attached, i am just curious what I can expect long term for opting for the sucture close method. Scar tissue build up? Or possibly what else?
