My temporary bridge came off at work and i felt the sensitivity from my teeth being expose. Later my neck started to hurt and become stiff i thought i strain it or something but realizing that it happened about the same time my temps came off i saw the dentist within 1-2 days but i could barley moved my neck without pain idk why i didn't tell the dentist, but is associated with my temps coming off and my teeth expose?
