They aren't in lined with each other. Plus behind both upper and lower bridges has rough material left on them keeping my tongue with small cuts and stays raw. Can I have another one made that looks better since I'm going to have to wear them for as long as 6 months
Answer: Temporary implant prosthesis Expressing to your dentist what you like and what you don’t like about your temporary implant prosthesis will allow them to fabricate you a final set that is much more to your liking. Having said that , it’s very difficult for me to be specific about your situation with out more information and photographs. I can sat that generally it is possible to make quite a few changes to acrylic temporaries that should be able to make you much more satisfied with your appearance.I hope you found this information to be helpful,Dr. Champagne

Answer: Temporary Bridge Thank you for your question regarding your temporary All-On-4 bridge. I am sorry that you are not happy with the bridge. To simply answer your question, YES. Yes, the temp bridge can be remade. The question is...will your doc remake the temp bridge? As for the rough spots, ask your doc to take off the temp bridge and smooth out the rough spots. That is pretty quick and easy. Remaking the temp bridge is going to be a bit more labor intensive and I doubt they will do it unless it was something that was causing a structural or healing problem. As for the final result, keep the faith! Your doc should be able to get things looking better prior to the final restoration. Your doc should do a wax try-in whereby they can make some of the corrections you desire prior to making the final restoration. I hope this helps!

Answer: Issues with the temporary teeth I’d recommend that you follow-up with your dentist and discuss the issues that you’ve described. It is not all that uncommon that patients have similar complaints to what you’ve described with your temporary teeth. In the vast majority of cases the adjustments required are minimal and can be done quickly in the office setting. If the temporary teeth are severely off then it’s not a bad idea for the dentist and the lab to remake the temporary prosthesis. While it’s rare that this needs to be done, the goal should be to have you in situation where your teeth are comfortable and allow you to function in an ideal manner.
