Red nose fibrous papule removal (photo)

Been over a year since I got this after picking at acne on my nose. Raised red bump. Already tried v-beam with no luck and hyfrecation 3 times also no luck. My new derm is confident her yag laser will fix the problem. She also assures me she could hyfrecate it as well. Maybe my last derm just wasnt very skilled? Please let me know your opinions!

Agree- i either shave these off and send for histology, or use an erbium yag laser- fully ablative. I never over correct, this may return in a few years, and the process can always be repeated.

The procedure should not take longer than 20 -30 seconds, and pain is minimal or non-existent if 23/7 and local is used.

There are many options for this, but to be honest, a small shave removal with dessication or co2 laser would remove this without any scar.  I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist with experience.  Yag lasers on the nose do very little if its been unresponsive to Vbeam.  But again, you want a laser physician experienced.  Blood vessels should respond well to vbeam if done by someone well trained.  Best, Dr. Emer.
