This is best and only permanently treated with soft silicone rubber cosmetic hip implants. “Secondary hip dips” occurs when there is a concavity (like a valley) on the outer side of the buttock that is a result of a mound of love handle fat above and saddlebag fat below. Your case it appears to be more Secondary hip dips. To treat this situation. Liposuction of the love handles above and sandlenags below will remedy 90+% of the problem. If you want more of an exaggerated hour-glass figure, the only way to provide permanent hip augmentation is with cosmetic hip implants. Although fat transfer is an option, most of the time it melts away leaving an unsatisfactory result. Glad to help.
