I feel the pain just from the way I'm sitting. The first time, 7 weeks ago I first noticed it ,and thought lifting my dog in her crate injured myself. Over the counter meds don't help. My skin in the sternum area is slightly raised, but been that way since I had my implants. What would be the best test, to look for what's causing this.
