It can take several weeks for laser results to settle. I recommend following up with your Doctor about after care. Wait until your skin heals completely before coming in for another treatment. Your skin needs enough time to heal for the treatment to work. Consult with your doctor to know more about your condition.

Since you had six passes with Fraxel, you should wait until your skin has time to heal and rebuild collagen.  Over time, any skin irregularities you see may disappear as your collagen production increases.  Having another Fraxel treatment too soon can lead to complications. 

Don't do another Fraxel until everything is settle down. I would treat with steroids - topically and Excel V laser too. If the passes are done without allowing for cooling, the skin can be bulk heated and complications can occur. When doing small spot areas, pauses need to be done. I like Infini for acne scars more than Fraxel. I have both.
