How can I treat post inflammatory erythema I've had for 3 years? Tried to clear it the past 2 years no results. (photos)

I started with an ipl, a PRPand a series of laser genesis & sr rejuvenation laser treatments.I spent 1000s $ on my face for it to not only to have no improvements but to actually look worse than before.I have cleared acne for years now but now I'm stuck with lingering persistent redness which is almost as bad.Every time I get a pimple on my body the redness will stay for months or a year before it fades.Would getting the piqo4 laser or maybe fraxel or any other treatment help?Best options please

No, you should heal up first. Granulation tissue will still be there - I suggest delaying your treatment by at least 4 weeks. Space this apart. Fraxel RePair is good for sun damage, but for acne scars, there are much much better CO2 lasers. Very outdated in the context of scarring because...
