Would Microdermabrasion improve the brown marks on my legs? (Photo)

Hello! Are the brown marks on my legs (from picking at ingrown leg hairs) permanent, or will they fade with time? Also, would microdermabrasion help? Thank you! Also, I will be wearing shorts this summer - will sunscreen be enough to minimize damage from the sun?

Direct sun exposure after a skin treatment puts you at risk for hyperpigmentation. I would suggest twice daily application of Melarase creams to help reduce your risk. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
