I recently quit smoking but was heavy smoker and am now left with dark lips. Will a chemical peel on my lips restore my natural color?

This depends on the depth of the peel and how long until your skin has recovered.  You should be completely healed prior to any additional RF treatments. Considering your next treatment is in 5 weeks that should be plenty of time to recover from many peels that don't go "too deep."...

Tanning causes skin damage so I would recommend that you not tan and wait until the skin heals before considering a peel. Tanning, which damages your skin and a chemical peel to try to improve your skin are incongruous. Good luck.
