Hi! Thank you for your question. We tell patient's that weight loss is global. That means that a 20lbs loss will be distributed throughout your body. Everyone is different in where they carry their weight and fat. Long answer short, yes you may notice a size decrease, how much- no one can tell you. Good Luck!

Every patient is different in how weight gain and weight loss will affect the breast size. I see this demonstrated in the patients that lose a massive amount of weight, usually after gastric bypass or gastric sleeve procedures. Sometimes the volume of the breast is maintained after losses greater than 100 lbs. and require further reduction; sometimes the breasts severely deflate and require implants and mastopexy to restore. Your physiology is unique and you will only know after the weight loss. Good luck to you.
