Can anything fix uneven nostrils 1.5 years after revision? (Photos)

As a board certified plastic surgeon who performs many revision rhinoplasty surgeries, I usually discourage patients from having additional surgeries to address minor nostril asymmetries, because changing the nostril structure can lead to changes in the tip of the nose that can later cause crookedness. From your frontal view, just based on the photos, you appear to have a very normal amount of nostril asymmetry, and your nostrils correctly appear as two black dots. Your side profiles are different, but not to an extreme that might warrant surgery. Keep in mind that even in the most perfect result, no two sides of the nose or face are exactly symmetrical.
