Can anything fix uneven nostrils 1.5 years after revision? (Photos)

I still have uneven nostrils after my second rhinoplasty. One angle looks great, the other looks smushed and head-on my nose looks slightly crooked and my nostrils are obviously uneven. Is there anything that can fix this issue?

Hi, thank you for the question. Steroid injection has some risks..(Even it is rare, it may also cause blindness).. It appears that you have droopy tip and axis deviation/high cartilage? We need further face images. A revision should planned with your expectations. Regards. Dr.Cem Altindag
