Would a facelift fix the drooping side of my face? (Photo)

My right side droops down causing asymmetry to my face. You can see the eyelid, cheek, and lips on my right side being pulled. (There’s a stitch on the inside of my mouth from a car accident as a baby that could be the cause). I have no facial paralysis. Would a facelift or fat transfer help improve my face? I’m also open to buccal fat removal if it helps even out my face.

Different surgeons have different opinions on that subject. There is no great evidence that any vitamins work. Many surgeons will sell you their own brand of vitamins
