Can crow’s-feet injections affect blink strength or tear-film distribution enough to cause significant dryness?

I have pre-existing dry eye that is normally well controlled with punctal plugs, and I’m considering Xeomin/Botox for crow’s feet. I’m concerned about whether weakening the orbicularis oculi could worsen dry eye even if someone is still able to fully close their eyes. Can crow’s-feet injections affect blink strength or tear-film distribution enough to cause significant dryness? Can they also cause temporary puffiness or edema underneath the eyes? If either of these side effects occurs, does it typically improve while the toxin is still active, or would symptoms potentially last until the treatment completely wears off? Would a history of dry eye and punctal plugs make you more conservative with crow’s-feet injections or avoid that area altogether
