Question

Based on my photo, am I a good candidate for a lip lift? I dissolved my lip filler in the photo. I just want more of a pout. Also, since my nasolabial folds are very visible in the photo, I wanted to see what I can do about those to make that area around my more look more seamless

Full face and profile views would have been extremely helpful. However, from the photo provided, the use of a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler to define the vermilion border might be what you are seeking. Additional lift can be achieved, if necessary, with the use of a couple of microdroplets of Botox placed properly along each side of the lip border. 
HA filler can also be used to improve the smile lines, either by providing lift to the cheeks or directly under the furrows themselves. However, the best approach would require a full face photo to evaluate. 
You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injection expert and best of luck.

Great question! Without a full face photo to analyze proportions this is a bit difficult to answer definitively, but it appears that your upper lip is of sufficient length to perform a beautiful lip lift that can give that pout without resulting it too short of a lip and gingival show or gummy smile. For the NL folds, just a subtle amount of filler and/or fat there and at the base of the alae by the pyriform aperture would harmonize your lower face. Hope this provides some useful insight!
