What’s going on with my upper lip? Will it be hard for me to get a lip lift? (Photos)

grwimbly
I’ve wanted an upper lip lift for a while, but I’m curious why exactly my upper lip is like this. From the front it looks like I don’t have an upper lip at all, from below it’s visible, also becomes visible when I smile (moreso closed mouth smile). I have a recessed jaw but my teeth are naturally straight (never had braces). Not sure if how upper lip is would make it harder to get a lift, or if there’s any insight it’d be much appreciated.
