What laser can I use after Cutera didn't work? (Photos)

Question

I went to a great derm and we used cutera laser on my broken capillaries veins on my nose. We did 3 treatments with no luck. Also remove blue veins surrounding my eyes too. Think VeinGogh might be next option after cutera. I live big city of houston and cant see find more experienced facial vein specialist. What laser can I use after cutera didn't work? What laser for blue veins around eyes? Anyone in Houston or Texas?

Short Wave Diathermy involves the use of a fine hair-like electric needle which is applied to the capillaries and veins.  The mild electric current penetrates the vessels closing them off. I have personally been using this approach with gratifying results for well over three decades for both telangiectasiss ("broken capillaries") and very small venules. Unfortunately, the hard science to support the use of more expensive, glitzy laser treatments, as you have unfortunately already learned the hard way, lags woefully behind the heavy marketing to promote them. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist, rather than jumping from one gimmicky, here-today-gone tomorrow, expensive device to another.
