Can this large bulging nose vein down the bridge of my nose be treated? (Photo)

Im in my late 20s and have just noticed that i have developed a large bulging vein running down the bridge of my nose. Can this be treated or minimised in some way?

It is hard to see the vein, but I see a shadow that may be a vein from your photo. If it is a vein, I don't think it could be treated with VeinGogh or a Laser . Because of its location it may be best to leave it alone or treat it with a phlebectomy , the surgical removal of the vein. Another option may be sclerotherapy.  I would consult with a surgeon experienced in treating facial veins and discuss your options with him or her.
