There are bulging bumps on my vein that run up my left arm from my wrist to my elbow.

Ogapparatus Thank you for sharing your photos.  If the veins are not associated with pain or arm swelling they are most likely normal variations . Superficial veins are more visible on thin, or muscular or fair skinned people.  You could seek an evaluation with a vein specialist. However, without symptoms of pain or swelling they are not likely to find any medical reason aside from what I mentioned above.  I would not recommend treating them . You need those arm veins for blood draws and IVs. Wishing you the best of health.
