Would VeinGogh be an appropriate treatment for this type of nose vein? (photos)

Question

I have what looks like a broken capillary or spider angioma on the bridge of my nose right in between my eyes and want to avoid laser after some previous negative experiences, but most doctors in my area only treat the face with lasers/IPL. I've heard VeinGogh is more precise and suitable to thin skinned delicate areas, would it work to remove what I have on my nose?

For many decades, light electrodessication has been used to treat all kinds of facial telangiectasias (tiny "broken blood vessels"). The procedure is quick, inexpensive and has a track record for both efficacy and safety. Relatively expensive, "bells and whistles" lasers and other energy devices cannot say this simply because the hard science to support their use lags woefully behind the heavy marketing to promote them.  Just this past week I personally treated a young woman with three of these telangiectasias on her nose. Treatment literally took about fifteen seconds total to treat all three locations. Make sure to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
