I have a counter irregularity that is caused by skin laxity and I believe some scar fibrosis under my skin. If I use face tite to tighten it up will it worsen the internal scar tissue?

When there is preexisting scar tissue from trauma or more commonly previous surgery,including lipo,I use a small tool to break up the scar tissue before using the facetite handpiece.It gives a smoother result

The combination of liposuction to address a specific pocket of fat or to break up scar tissue can be a great way to improve your neckline per your picture. Any procedure can cause internal scarring.
