Botox has been used in many conditions related to deep chest muscles. The pectoralis minor can be injected alone or in combination of other muscles for particular conditions. It has been used, with mixed success, in elevation of saggy breasts, thoracic outlet syndrome, pain related to increased tension of the pectoralis minor and others.
