I got a composite bond on my tooth around 1 week ago. On the back of my tooth, it has cracked and chipped making it quite uncomfortable. How will my dentist be able to fix this??

Dear Lena, I'm not exactly sure how your teeth are fused and would need to give you an exam with x-rays to fully understand your problem. I think the photo looks okay, not perfect. Be careful with implants because even though they are an excellent approximation of nature, they are not the same...
Gaps can be corrected with dental veneers, dental bonding and orthodontics. Each have their pros and cons and the prognosis of how long they will last you. Your best option is to see an expert cosmetic dentist in your area, so your bite and occlusion can be checked also!

Sorry about your condition...Bondings on lower front teeth on the biting edge is "iffy" at best since the material used is not quite as resistant to wear as porcelain..It would just add to your problems to bond and have them wear away or fracture sooner than later...Need more info like photos,...
