Sorry about your condition...Bondings on lower front teeth on the biting edge is "iffy" at best since the material used is not quite as resistant to wear as porcelain..It would just add to your problems to bond and have them wear away or fracture sooner than later...Need more info like photos,...

Hi:It is difficult to predict.  Normally bonding can last anywhere between 3-7 years.  However, if you are a clenched or a grinder you can break off the bonding very easily.Best,Dr. Maddahi

You need to see your dentist again and get it adjusted till you feel comfortable with your bite. You need to repeat this process on that visit.  So, that you can go home and be comfortable. Don't be shy to tell the Dentist that its still high.

Hi, it sounds to me that it is still a bit high. You need to go back to your dentist to get it adjusted. When he goes to adjust it, make sure that you bite down on the paper and grind your teeth side to side so that the paper marks the area that is high you might have to repeat the process again...
