Thank you for your question! We ask our patients to refrain from working out 24-48 hours after a Qwo treatment to allow the product to take effect in the areas that were injected. Bruising is also a common side effect of Qwo, making working out uncomfortable for some patients. Too much movement could result in a decreased result as the product can spread-out. This reasoning also applies to dry brushing, it's too much movement. In regards to inferred sauna, the temperature could cause the product to lose efficacy resulting in a unsatisfactory outcome.
