Qwo is FDA approved to treat cellulite on the buttocks. It can be used on other areas on the body where tethering cellulite can occur, such as the thighs and even the arms.  Care must be taken to make sure the cause of skin irregularity is tethering cellulite and not from skin laxity which are common in these areas. If the dimpling is caused by skin laxity Qwo should not be used. I recommend you thoroughly discuss the risks, benefits and treatment options with the treating practitioner, especially when considering an off label use. Wishing you the best of health, Dr Wright.

Qwo is not currently FDA-approved for injections anywhere else on the body. They may expand treatment options in the future, however.
