Dents and cellulite after BBL. How can I treat this? Qwo, Scupltra, Cellfina? (Photo)

Lynn Thank you for sharing your photo. From your photos I can see the Cellulite dimples. The dimples or dents appear to tethered and not from laxity. If a proper exam confirms this , QWO would be the simplest and most effective treatment. I don't think more fat transferred or Sculptra or other volume, adding procedures to your buttocks would help. I have seen a fair number of poor results with Cellfina and I don't recommend it. I think you consult with a surgeon who has a lot of experience with Qwo and I think if the exam confirms what your photos show, I think you should have good to excellent result. Thanks for the photos and question! If the dents are true cellulite, Qwo would be able to help, as it dissolves the bands of connective tissue that are responsible for the dimpling. Sometimes, more fat transfer can make the appearance worse. I tell my patients that it will take at least 6 months before evaluating the final result from liposuction as it takes time for the swelling to subside and the skin to retract. Please speak to your surgeon about your concerns.
