I know that I'll be getting a Le Fort I, BSSO and sliding genioplasty. I recently learned about the ZSO (zygomatic sandwich osteotomy), which looks like it would be a good supplement to the Le Fort I since my face probably isn't deformed enough for a Le Fort 3. However, it seems like very few surgeons perform ZSOs, instead opting for cheek implants. I'm inclined to do as much with bone movement as is reasonable before I consider getting any implants placed. So ZSO, cheek implants, or both?
