Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. The white scar on your bottom lip could be removed surgically.  This would be a fairly simple procedure that could be done in the office with just local anesthesia.  

YES! excision and suture of the lip can be done under local anesthesia. Result should be much better but there is always risk of a scar... 

The picture shows a whitish plaque that might be  a wart, a trichilemoma, or another benign growth of the skin seen on lip or mucosal areas.  You have to go to your board certified Dermatologist for help.
